35. We Buy Your Car
The We Buy Your Car service allows a customer to submit a vehicle for RoadLux review. A submission is not a guaranteed purchase offer.
RoadLux does not guarantee:
- it will buy the vehicle
- a particular valuation
- the highest price
- an instant offer
- instant payment
- a specific response time
36. Information for vehicle sale requests
RoadLux may request:
- customer contact details
- registration
- vehicle information
- mileage
- mechanical condition
- cosmetic condition
- whether it starts/drives
- warning lights
- service history
- keys
- V5C/logbook status
- finance status
- photographs
- notes
Customers should provide information accurately to the best of their knowledge.
37. RoadLux vehicle purchase offers
An offer may be subject to:
- inspection
- identity verification
- ownership verification
- documentation
- mileage verification
- vehicle condition
- finance settlement
- verification of customer information
- conditions disclosed with the offer
RoadLux may revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle materially differs from the information supplied or an offer condition is not met.
38. Accepting a We Buy Your Car offer
Selecting ACCEPT OFFER records acceptance of the displayed RoadLux offer/proposal. It does not automatically:
- transfer title
- complete the sale
- settle outstanding finance
- trigger automatic payment
Inspection, documentation, collection, finance settlement and payment arrangements may still be required.
